If you look at the Coconut Creek, FL wiki page under 'Notable Residents' four of the five people listed are American Top Team fighters and American Top Team is listed as a 'Point of Interest' along with Butterfly World and the Seminole Casino. Seems  to me ATT is pretty much the hottest thing going down in Coconut Creek. Honestly, there's so many reasons I'd like to hang out down in Coconut Creek, Florida and none of them involve gambling or butterflies. Most of them do include the amazing scenery at the ATT camp though, so in my opinion--wiki has that part correct.

Not only does ATT have great scenery, but they are always down to entertain as well. After training some of the guys get down with some acrobatic gymnast floor routines that could give Shawn Johnson and Dominque Dawes a run for their money. Watch this video and tell me you don't get a little excited about seeing one of them pull off some of those flips in the cage midfight.

Couple of them obviously have some gymnastics training and are pretty darned skilled, wife and kiddos couldnt believe what they were doing..the wife was surprised to see Pro fighters doing stuff like that, both my girls are in gymnastics as well, but couldnt figure out why I was watching guys do it lol..I dunno, I think its cool to see, definitely shows how Athletic they truly are..little bit more tech then the YES Cartwheels

Wouldnt surprise me in the least, if GSP is one of the few fighters that actually do Gymnastics and Calisthenics training, be surprised just how much of a workout they can be, do wonders for your form, balance ect. ect.

Some of the shit these guys were/are doing, is some fairly high level gymnastics, which probably help alot in dexterity/flexi bility, watched it on the fight network this aft, and showed my two lil girls, they couldnt believe that 'ordinary guys' could do that sorta thing..especial ly the HUGE dude from Cuba or where ever. Either way pretty crazy too watch, hard to say these guys are True Pro Athletes when they can do shit alot of gymnasts have a hard time doing..Cool to see imo
