People love to pit Cris Cyborg and Ronda Rousey in hypothetical match-ups with their 135/145 lb male counterparts, but Gomes actually shattered the gender barrier at Rio Heroes in Brazil by taking on a man in an underground vale tudo match. I saw this fight a while back. I didn't know that was Ediene. The guy was really cocky but Ediene was all business.

I'm curious what a fight between that guy and Ronda would be like. His takedown defense looked asi asi so I think Ronda could get him down quick and armbar him.
