Nate Diaz is throwing some fuel on the fire of his feud with Jake Paul.

The much-anticipated boxing match between Jake Paul and Anderson Silva is just hours away and it seems like many combat sports fans are patiently waiting for this main event. Paul has made his way in the boxing world by beating former MMA fighters and having a loud personality to showcase his fights. It seems that people either love him or hate him but either way will tune into his fights. Those who love him enjoy his social media posts and flamboyant promotion. Those who hate him tune in to hopefully see him lose. So far in his short boxing career, however, he has not lost.

Saturday night he will arguably be taking on his toughest challenge in the former UFC champion, Silva, but that doesn’t mean Paul isn’t already looking for his next opponent. He has expressed interest in taking on yet another former UFC fighter when he is through with Silva, Nate Diaz.

Jake Paul and Nate Diaz are keeping their feud going

Diaz recently left the UFC following the end of his current contract. He has mentioned wanting to box as a next step and has called out Paul multiple times. Now Daiz has taken it upon himself to get right up in Paul’s face and show him that he means business. During the weigh-in show for the Paul vs. Silva card, Diaz threw up the bird right at a video of Paul calling him out.

Diaz was in attendance to support his friend and teammate Chris Avila who will be fighting Dr. Mike Varshavski in a cruiserweight, four-round bout on the main card.

Diaz was rumored to have a bout with Paul earlier in the year but was unable to finalize it since he was still under a UFC contract at the time. Now that he is free of his contract he has the ability to pursue this fight or any other option both in MMA or boxing. If Paul is victorious against Silva, Diaz may be next.
