Khamzat Chimaev went rather easy on Ramzan Kadyrov during their training session.
But hey, if you’re rolling with the Chechen leader, it’s probably a good idea to let him win. Chimaev would do just that.
Chimaev Trains With The Kadyrov’s
The ever-controversial Kadyrov has tied himself with ‘Borz’ for while now. Kadyrov would attend Chimaev’s private wedding earlier this month. Not long after that, him and his sons would put on a good spar with the UFC superstar.
Chimaev would obviously hold back his arsenal in the gym when training with the Kadyrov family, especially with the Chechen leader himself.

Ramzan Kadyrov would ragdoll Chimaev in their session. Chimaev playfully shot for takedowns, which were easily shut down by the Chechen leader. He’d let Kadyrov topple him and Chimaev would go as far as tapping out to Kadyrov whenever he went for a guillotine.

As a fan of MMA, Kadyrov operates the Akhmat Fight Club gym and Absolute Championship Akhmat promotion, which were both named after his late father, who was assassinated in 2004.
The purpose of these organizations is for him to boost his profile in the region in order to project an atmosphere of power.
