Logan Paul is taking aim at those who insisted he used performance-enhancing drugs ahead of his boxing match against Dillon Danis.
Paul and Danis traded leather inside Manchester Arena on October 21. There was a lot of bad blood and pre-fight antics going into this one. Just two days before the fight, Danis opened a cut on Logan after hitting him in the face with a microphone.
The fight itself was underwhelming. While Paul was effectively utilizing his reach, Danis appeared to fight to survive. His antics, such as going for a guillotine choke on Paul, got Danis disqualified in the sixth round.
Logan Paul Fires Back At Steroid Accusations
Both Logan Paul and Dillon Danis agreed to do a VADA test for their recent matchup. “The Maverick” has hopped on his X account to troll the haters with his clean VADA test result.
“I got my results back from VADA today, I wanna address the steroid allegations before you see any news,” Paul said. “I wanna confess I have been taking a lot of Prime Energy and putting it in my mouth and then swallowing it. That gives me a good boost for my workouts, which makes me have a good physique. The results are negative, haters you’re gonna have to keep trying. No performance-enhancing drugs, like I said. Good luck next time, though. You f*cking dorks.”
Paul is now back on the road for WWE events. He’s scheduled to challenge Rey Mysterio for the United States Championship at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on November 4. If Paul can defeat Mysterio via pinfall or submission, then he’ll win WWE gold for the first time in his pro wrestling career.
As for Danis, he was recently released from his Bellator contract. “El Jefe” hadn’t had a fight with the promotion since 2019. Danis has been teasing a possible signing with the UFC, but there’s been no word on if the feeling is mutual.
