Logan Paul is officially hanging up his boxing gloves.

Last month, the social media star made his return to the squared circle for a high-profile grudge match with BJJ specialist Dillon Danis under the Misfits Boxing banner. Paul scored a victory via disqualification after Danis attempted a takedown in the waning seconds of the six-round scrap.

With his first win in the sweet science under his belt, Paul is comfortable walking away from the sport altogether to focus on his career as an energy drink guru and WWE Superstar.

“I think I’ve retired from boxing. I think I’ve done enough in this sport, going fully undefeated at 25-0,” Paul joked during an appearance on Fox Business. “So, yeah, I’m going to be a wrestler now. […] Yeah, no more money in boxing. Every company is going broke. So, full-time wrestler. Beat Rey Mysterio. Fair and square for the US Championship. It feels great. It was a dominant performance. Some frog splashes, some punches, it feels good.”

Paul was not on the program to gloat about his accomplishments, real or otherwise, in the world of sports and sports entertainment. Instead, his appearance was to celebrate the one billionth bottle of his popular PRIME energy drink being sold.

“We just sold our billionth bottle which is a crazy milestone because it’s just a year or two with the company and hydration and energy are the categories we go in and I can’t believe we’ve gotten this far,” Paul said. “I saw we because I have a partner, KSI. The biggest YouTuber in the UK.”

He continued, “To celebrate selling our billionth bottle, we’re actually doing a contest. This is a 24k solid gold PRIME [bottle] worth half a million dollars. We have a pop-up shop in New York. People can come by, enter a code, and they have a chance to win this 500k gold PRIME bottle.

“If nobody gets the code right within 48 hours, it’s going to be dropped in a vat of acid and be destroyed completely.”

We’re sure the 100,000 homeless people living on the New York streets and in subways will be thrilled to hear that.

Logan Paul Discusses the Re-Investment of His Fortune

With a net worth reportedly in the $75 million range, host Stuart Varney asked Paul where typically invests his earnings.

“Anywhere I can be disruptive,” Paul revealed. “Since I’m young I like to take risks with my money. Sometimes it paid off. Sometimes it hasn’t, but to be honest, I’m more focused on compounding the money I’ve made. Not so much with safe investments. My risk portfolio is high.

Asked about his last “risky” investment, Paul said:

“I don’t know. Maybe Space X? I’m not a money guy. I don’t even know why I’m on this show. I’m not a business guy, to be honest with you. I’ve just the United States Champion. I’m focused on frog-splashing people and putting on five-star matches.”

He added, “I gotta defend this belt. There are all these people coming after me. Seth Rollins. L.A. Knight. Cody Rhodes. Whoever wants it, they can come get it. Mr. Bad Bunny. Whoever wants it can come get it. I got some stuff to do in the WWE.”
