- Drake ended up still winning despite betting on Logan Paul to beat Dillon Danis via KO/TKO
- The famous rapper previously lost almost a million dollars for betting on Israel Adesanya to win at UFC 293
After Drake boasted his $850K wager on Logan Paul winning via KO/TKO over Dillon Danis, some thought he blew it when the match ended in a crazy disqualification in favor of the YouTuber. However, Drake revealed that people got it wrong as a DQ win turned out to be considered as also a KO/TKO.
Drake still won
According to the policies, a DQ also counts as a KO/TKO win. In that case, Drake still won the projected winnings of his $850K wager amounting to over $1.3 million.
Twitter user @JMack00 shared a screenshot of the policy which further lifted the lid on the matter.
Drake actually won the bet. A disqualification is also count as a KO. https://t.co/Cl1o8QVyrR pic.twitter.com/xfJUdtxWVz

A good way to bounce back
Drake is known for being a regular high roller in sports betting, particularly in combat sports. His winnings from the Paul vs. Danis boxing match served as a sweet comeback, having lost $920,000 for betting on Israel Adesanya to win at UFC 293. Unfortunately, Izzy was dethroned by the now-UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland.
With a wide array of massive combat sports events on the slate, rest assured that Drake will be coming back for more and wagering an insane amount of money once again.
