Reno, NV, October 7-8 – The Legion Sports Fest Pro 2023 concluded with a display of outstanding talent and discipline. Eight champions were crowned across diverse bodybuilding divisions, marking a pivotal point in the journey to the eminent 2023 Mr. Olympia competition in Orlando, Florida. Charles Griffen took home the title in Men’s Open, with Terrence Ruffin in Classic Physique, Kyron Holden in Men’s Physique, Jessica Reyes Padilla in Figure, Taylor Learmont in Fitness, Aimee Delgado in Bikini, Julia Monroe in Women’s Physique, and Victoria Reyes Villa in Wellness.

Set against the scenic backdrop of Reno, Nevada, the Legion Sports Fest Pro served as one of the last platforms for these athletes to secure their spot at Mr. Olympia, slated for November 2-5 in the Orange County Convention Center. Unlike previous years, the Olympia qualification process has been revamped. Athletes can no longer rely on the points system. To be in the limelight at Olympia, they need to emerge victorious at a Pro show, adding an intense layer of competition to the season.

The road to Olympia became particularly grueling this year. To qualify, athletes either had to secure a top-three finish in the previous year, a top-five in the Men’s Open, or clinch a win at an event. However, for those with an Olympia title under their belt, they are granted lifetime eligibility.

As the 2023 season moves towards its climax, spectators and enthusiasts were not just fixated on the winners but also on potential threats like Justin Rodriguez, John Jewett, Vitor Boff, Mokhamed El Emam, Jan Turek, and Dorian Haywood, who brought their A-game to the arena.

With the Reno chapter now closed, all eyes are on the Olympia stage where these champions will represent the epitome of bodybuilding talent. The full results from the show have been announced. Below, check out the full breakdown, along with an official scorecards.
