  • Sean Strickland nearly pulled out his handgun as he walked into his home unaware that his friends set up a surprise birthday party for him
  • “Tarzan” already had an encounter with an intruder in the past

Sean Strickland proved that he is not letting any intruder getaway with his gun.

Sean had it half cocked

A few of Strickland’s friends ensured that the former UFC middleweight champion would have a memorable 33rd birthday. Apparently, they came up with a plan to surprise “Tarzan” by sneaking into his home and set up a birthday bash. But just when they thought everything was going according to plan, Strickland came in ready to pull his gun out assuming a group of intruders have invaded his property.

Fortunately, it didn’t take long for Strickland to realize that it was his friends. However, the epic video clip of him walking into the house getting ready to pull his gun out has now gone viral.

“What do you do when you walk to your door and you hear voices laughing….. go in half cocked…. lmao! Thank you guys!,” Strickland wrote on the post.

Sean learned from a past experience

Truth be told, what Strickland did during his surprise birthday party was only proper, considering he already had an encounter with an intruder not so long ago. It can be recalled that “Tarzan” mistaken a random guy who entered his garage for a car thief. In that incident, Strickland also brought his gun and confronted the man.

In conclusion, it only goes to show that Strickland is certainly not a guy a thief would want to target.

Strickland has yet to be booked for his next fight following a title fight loss to Dricus du Plessis. He currently is the No. 1 middleweight contender.
