- Paddy Pimblett reiterated that he’s down to fight Logan Paul as soon as he makes weight
- “The Baddy” insists the YouTuber has been “clout-chasing” him
Paddy Pimblett has yet to pick his next opponent and would love it to be Logan Paul. However, “The Baddy” pointed out that the internet star should first make weight fair and square.
Stop doing PEDs
Speaking to MMA Junkie, Pimblett was asked what the deal is with Paul following their back and forths. According to “The Baddy,” Paul has been “clout-chasing” him but should he decide to be serious about a fight, he’ll be waiting for him under one condition – “come off the steroids.”
“It’s mad. He called me a clout-chaser years ago. And then, he’s clout-chasing me all the time, mentioning my name. All the time. So, If he ever wants to fight in UFC, he’s more than welcome. I’ll be there waiting for him, just get his weight down a bit, come off the steroids and we’ll fight,” Pimblett said.
Seem farfetched at this point
The idea of Paul fighting in the UFC has been lingering but truth be told, it’s still a bit farfetched at this point. UFC president Dana White even previously said the YouTuber will get murdered if he ever steps inside the Octagon.
Also, Logan has zero experience in MMA, whereas Pimblett is a former Cage Warriors featherweight champion and an undefeated UFC fighter. Paul’s only professional fighting experience to date was his boxing match with fellow internet star KSI where he lost via split decision.
Logan’s apparent feud with Pimblett began when he called “The Baddy” out last year to fight in the UFC. As expected, Pimblett hit back and even said he would be down to face the internet star at 185 pounds.
