Mateusz Rebecki shamelessly revealed the aftermath of his defeat to Diego Ferreira at UFC St. Louis.

A gruesome outcome

Rebecki came in prepared for another all-out war against Ferreira at UFC St. Louis but things did not play out the way he expected it to be. In fact, “Chinczyk” didn’t even imagine his face getting battered by the Brazilian.

In an Instagram post, Rebecki posted a photo of his face following his TKO loss to Ferreira and it was nothing short of gruesome. In the photo, Rebecki was almost unrecognizable due to the severe damages his face incurred from the beatdown he suffered at the hands of his veteran opponent.

A tough loss

Rebecki earned a UFC contract by proving that he is a well-rounded finisher, having logged nine wins via KO/TKO and seven via submission. Unfortunately for “Chinczyk,” Ferreira was able to utilize his striking, experience and ground game as he mauled Rebecki with some vicious ground and pound en route to a last-minute TKO victory.

What’s even harder to bear was the fact that the loss to Ferreira marked Rebecki’s first loss as a UFC fighter and the end of his remarkable 16-fight winning streak as a pro.

Rebecki now has a 19-2-0 pro MMA record. On the other hand, Ferreira has completed back-to-back KO/TKO wins, having stopped Michael Johnson at UFC Vegas 73.
