Kick back and listen to this super mellow acoustic version of UFC’s ‘Face the Pain’ intro song

Thousands of years from now when archaeologists uncover the remnants of our culture, they will credit the UFC for inventing and facilitating the musical movement known as ‘Nu-Metal.’ According to Wikipedia, the genre started in the mid-90s and peaked with bands like Slipknot and Papa Roach. Wikipedia also says the movement died in the early-mid 2000s, however someone failed to inform the UFC of this trend. Bummer.

Nevertheless, the very calm Daniel Bijan decided to cover UFC’s ‘Face the Pain’ intro song using only an acoustic guitar and very soft demenor — and it’s astronomically better than what we’re fed to hear before every PPV event. Check it out and props to CageBuzz for the find.
