Jeff Molina has cleared the air regarding his sexuality.
Earlier this week, an NSFW video of Molina started spreading throughout social media without his content. After numerous assumptions were made about ‘El Jefe,’ he decided to provide a statement on Twitter that said:
“TLDR: im bi. Not the way I wanted to do this but the chance to do it when I was ready was taken from me. I’ve tried to keep my dating life private from social media… The thought of my buddies, teammates, and ppl [sic] I look up to looking at me different let alone treating me different for something I can’t control was something I couldn’t fathom.”
Molina continued by saying:
“In a sport like this where a majority of the fans being the homophobic c*cksuckers they are I didn’t see myself doing this during this part of my career. I wanted to be known for my skills and what I’ve dedicated the last 11 years of my life to and not the ‘bi UFC fighter’ that I’m sure would just be translated to ‘gay UFC fighter.’”
After Molina revealed he was bisexual, most of the MMA community showed support. Meanwhile, some people decided to insult and tease ‘El Jefe.’ One of those people was UFC middleweight Sean Strickland.

Sean Strickland calls Jeff Molina a ‘POS cheater’
Sean Strickland believes Jeff Molina was directly involved in the betting scandal with James Krause. As a result, Strickland decided to voice his opinion in the aftermath of Molina identifying his sexuality. He had this to say on Twitter:
“Jeff Molina suspended indefinitely for rigging fights, ruining MMA.. Everyone “POS”. Jeff Molina “I may of sucked a cock”. Everyone “you’re so brave”. What the actual CNN is going on here.. Bro we don’t care that you fuck dudes its 2023 we care that you’re a pos cheater.”
Molina last fought in June 2022, defeating Zhalgas Zhumagulov to advance his UFC record to 3-0. Since then, the 25-year-old has been suspended by the Nevada State Athletic Commission during the ongoing gambling investigation of his head coach James Krause. ‘El Jefe’ maintains his innocence, but he won’t be able to fight again until cleared of any wrongdoing.
