If you want to dress like GSP and pull off his superman punch, all you need to do is preorder

At this year’s E3 Expo in Los Angeles, California, the ‘Sleeping Dogs’ marketing was laid thick in their heavily ornate booth that looked like it was hand-dipped in Tokyo grime. Too bad Loretta Hunt and I were too busy playing Pac-Man: Battle Royale in the relatively empty Namco booth. Imagine old-school Pac-Man, injected with a four-player competitive battlefield using the classic game mechanics. It makes for a highly addictive gaming experience, something that doesn’t require you to fully utilize your brain — and we appreciated it.

We ended up spending most of our time on that arcade, oblivious to the fact that Snoop Dogg was in the room next to us playing NCAA with the guys at EA Sports. Nothing really mattered that day, not even Square Enix’s new ‘Sleeping Dogs.’ They should have given us the heads up that there’s literally a ‘GSP mode’ in the game and you can access it with just a simple pre-order. Missed opportunity, Square Enix. Check out the video below to watch Georges St. Pierre do things while being neatly edited.
