- Sean O’Malley is confident Jake Paul could knock Mike Tyson out
- “Suga” is “hyped” about “The Problem Child” calling out MMA fighters and expressing desire to do cross-over matches
Sean O’Malley sees Jake Paul finishing Mike Tyson and vouches for “The Problem Child” to keep calling out MMA fighters and possibly do cross-over fights.
Tyson might end up like Perry
Speaking on his YouTube channel, “Suga” raved about Paul’s knockout win over Mike Perry. O’Malley then discussed “The Problem Child’s” boxing match with Tyson. For the reigning UFC bantamweight champ, Paul could also finish “Iron Mike” the way he did with “Platinum.”
“I’m pretty excited for [the Tyson fight], I feel like it might look similar to that. I mean Mike Tyson is almost 60, Jake’s 30 years younger so I feel like it might look similar to that,” O’Malley said.
Sean wants to see Paul vs. Pereira and more MMA fighters
O’Malley also credited Paul for calling out UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira. For “Suga,” Paul vs. Pereira is unlikely to materialize but the idea alone is already exciting. Moreover, O’Malley is “hyped” to see the YouTuber-turned-boxing star continue hunting down MMA fighters and even do a cross-over bout with some of them.
“Obviously, he’s fighting Mike Tyson in November, he called out Alex Pereira, that fight won’t happen unless Dana says, ‘I’m sick of seeing Jake beat all these UFC guys I’m f**king giving it.’ But imagine Alex Pereira versus Jake Paul, dude. Alex has crazy power in both hands but the dude literally throws from his hips, like he’s there to be hit… That was a big thing about Mike Perry. He was there to be hit, his chin was floating, he was off balance, his chin was just kind of there to be hit,” O’Malley said.
“I’ll do Jake Paul versus Mike Perry MMA, Jake Paul versus Mike Perry bare knuckle, Jake Paul versus Nate Diaz even… I personally enjoy watching him fight these MMA guys, I’ll watch any Jake fight, [but] I get f**king hyped for these crossover fights. I f**king love these crossover fights,” he added.
O’Malley and Paul have gotten along well and has become business partners. They recently launched a deodorant product called “W.”
Paul is now 10-1 as a pro boxer and while he and “Poatan” already agreed to fight, the UFC is not expected to support the idea. The only thing likely to happen at this point is Paul’s showdown with Tyson in November.
