- Sean O’Malley came up with a bold claim about his failed drug test in the past and Conor McGregor laughed at it
- “Suga” hit back at “Notorious”
Sean O’Malley slighted Conor McGregor after the Irish MMA superstar didn’t take his claim about PEDs seriously.
Sean says new studies revealed something about his failed drug test
Speaking on his YouTube channel, “Suga” claimed that new studies have confirmed that Ostarine could be transferred through sweat. That said, O’Malley pointed out that it was the reason why he tested positive for the said banned substance because they have shared a knee band that had Ostarine in it.
“I remember asking USADA and the UFC, ‘Can it be transferred through sweat?’ and they said, ‘No, not at this time, there are no studies, it’s never happened’. Just recently, studies came out, scientists, athletes, it happened, someone was sharing knee bands, they tested (positive) for Ostarine and they tested the knee band,” O’Malley shared.
“It came back that Ostarine and those kinds of tainted supplements can be through sweat exchange. It f**ked with me for so long. Jeff Novitsky texted me the other day, he said ‘Check this out’… I looked at it, he sent me the article… And I was like, ‘Bro, that was such a relief,'” he added.
Sean O'Malley says recent studies have come out with evidence that Ostarine can be transferred through sweat, which explains why he tested positive for the banned substance numerous times.

Conor wasn’t buying it
While O’Malley’s claim seems believable, McGregor laughed at it on social media. Evidently, McGregor’s reaction did not sit well with the reigning UFC bantamweight champ. O’Malley then hit out at “Notorious” with some heavy accusations.
“Miss the old Conor 🙁 you fell off bud. Still a fan tho. I actually don’t care you are 1-4 in your last 5 I’m stills excited to watch. Hope the toe is feeling better,” O’Malley wrote on X.
“Conor isn’t in anyone GOAT talk,” he continued. “Entertainment yes but skills, no. Has a really good left hand. Sh*t Cardio. Weak Jits. Decently athletic. Mentally weak. Drug addict, needs rehab. 1-4 last 5 fights. Still fan tho. Hope toe heals up,” he later added.

In the past, O’Malley has already accused McGregor of being addicted to drugs as a response to “Notorious'” wild rant on him and Ryan Garcia.

As it stands, O’Malley is being linked to a title defense bout against Merab Dvalishvili but nothing is official yet. On the other hand, McGregor has yet to be granted a new date for his highly-anticipated UFC return.
