Greg Hardy Vs Ben Sosoli Ended Via No Contest Because Of Hardy’s Inhaler, But The Former NHL Player Will Appeal!

The former NFL goon Greg Hardy met the Australian striker Ben Sosoli in the main card of UFC Boston, and he fought pretty well. His stance was awesome. Greg traded shots and took part in a great tactical bout. Yet, he made a mistake between the second and third round because inhalers are not allowed. The match was ruled “no contest”.

Yet, “The Prince of War” reveals why he took the inhaler and says he will be appealing his no-contest result against Sosoli. (h/t BJPenn)

“I didn’t need it at all,” Greg Hardy told Ariel Helwani. “I wanted to take the inhaler because I have asthma and I was at a breathing disadvantage. I’m in the middle of figuring it all out. This is all new to me. As shocking as it may be, Greg Hardy does not know all. I think it’s something that we’re gonna have to fight out in court and figure it out. The long and short of it is I had no idea.”

Greg’s inhaler was not approved by the Massachusetts State Athletic Commission (MSAC). But here is the greatest controversy – Hardy asked the commissioner before the bout, and he was given a green light!

Greg Hardy is still new to the world of MMA, but this is his second controversy. He was disqualified at his UFC debut versus Allen Crowder because of an illegal blow. What do you think, should Hardy appeal the decision or not?
