‘Derek from Betr Media’ isn’t done talking about the Diaz brothers. He’s just getting started.

Derek vs. Diaz

On Tuesday, a press conference was held for the upcoming boxing match between Jake Paul and Nate Diaz. Midway through the media’s questions, things got wild as one ‘reporter’ Derek Sullivan would turn it up a notch with a viral call-out of Nate’s older brother, Nick Diaz.

“Derek from Betr Media here, my question is for Nate. Nate, I’m actually a boxer myself and I’ve been trying to get into this undercard,” Derek said. “I’m wondering if you think I could fight your brother Nick. If he’s anything like you, I think I could beat his f*cking ass.”

Diaz fired back at Derek for his ‘stupid ass’ question.

“Brother, what are you just gonna walk around the streets and or some sh*t? You know all my homeboys see you right now. That was stupid, huh? Hey Derek, Betr Media, stupid ass motherf*cker. What the f*ck, you need your ass whipped.”

The Aftermath

Paul, who is the founder of Betr, said he’d ‘fire’ Derek for pestering Diaz with a call-out of his brother. However, that doesn’t look like the actual case as Derek has since filmed an ‘apology’ video for the betting company following the incident… He had us in the first half, not going to lie.

“I would like to apologize for the question I asked at the Jake Paul and Nate Diaz press conference,” Derek said in a video posted to Betr’s Instagram. “I would especially like to apologize to my boss Jake Paul and I definitely want to apologize to Nate Diaz. Nate, please don’t hurt me. But if you do, I definitely deserve it.”

“Having said all of this, Nick Diaz, the contract’s been sent.”

Derek Also Wants To Box Drake

Nick Diaz isn’t the only person Derek would call for a fight with. The Betr personality issued an additional message to famous rapper Drake, who dissed Derek on his Instagram story after being embarrassed by Nate.

“And Drake, I see you calling me out on your Instagram story, saying I’m what’s wrong with this generation. Well, if you’ve got a f*cking problem, then see me in the ring, Drizzy.”
