Up until today, Mirko Cro Cop was riding a 7-0 combat sports winning streak, even being crowned the new K-1 World Grand Prix winner earlier this year. One could say that he was approaching Frate Trane status, and to those people I would say you’re completely out of your mind.
Legends went down just a few minutes ago in Russia, and in the main event we saw Mirko Cro Cop face Alexey Oleinik in his first MMA bout since Mirko grabbed an armbar victory over Shinichi Suzukawa at last year’s Bom-Ba-Ye event. We don’t want to ruin it for you, but it’s sort of hard when we have Zprophet‘s enormous .gif hovering below this article. Ah well, Cro Cop lost. Life will go on.
