It wasn’t Supposed to Happen
Shortly after it was confirmed that the boy has died, it was later revealed that the judges and other governing bodies of the cup violated a major rule. As it turned out, the rule states that all under 18 years old amateur fight participants are required to wear head gears but the 16-year-old boy was allowed to compete without one.
