Ryan Garcia is tired of seeing Jake Paul disrespect the sport of boxing.

On Saturday, March 2, ‘The Problem Child’ scored his ninth career win in the squared circle, defeating another no-name opponent in the opening round of their co-main event clash in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Immediately following the result, Garcia — a former interim WBC lightweight champion — called out Paul for a potential showdown in the ring.

“I can’t do this sh*t,” Garcia said via a voice note on X. “I feel so f*cking bad for introducing Jake Paul to boxing. I f*cked up. I can’t allow this to happen. I can’t. He’s disrespecting my sport. He’s disrespecting everything. Call my team, Jake. F*ck you.”

The voice note was preceded by another post from Garcia where he essentially sent the same message to Paul.

“Okay enough, it’s on I’m going to have to do this! I’m going to end this JAKE PAUL BOXING THING. BRING IT ON JAKE IM DEAD F*CKING SERIOUS F*CK YOU! HIT MY TEAM UP,” Garcia wrote.

Ryan Garcia is currently gearing up for a title fight with the reigning and defending WBC super lightweight champion Devin Haney. The two are scheduled to meet inside the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on April 20, though lately, it seems as though Garcia’s mind is focused on anything, but his upcoming fight.

The Ex-Wife of Ryan Garcia Shows Concern For His Well-Being

Last week, Garcia picked a fight with current UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley, telling Ariel Helwani that he would “destroy” ‘Sugar’ inside the Octagon.

Following his challenge to Jake Paul, Garcia had fight fans concerned after he made an incomprehensible post on X and Instagram claiming that his throat was slit and that “Satan” is “sitting at the top now.”

Garcia’s ex-wife, Andrea Celina, recently asked her followers to pray for him, suggesting that something is very wrong with the 25-year-old boxing star.

“If all my followers who are believers can you please pray for Ryan,” Celina wrote in a since-expired message on her Instagram story. “We are not together and I’ve been in contact with him and he may seem fine but he is not.
