Jake Paul addressed Conor McGregor’s comments and called out Alex Pereira in a boxing match.

Conor is scared

Speaking to the media after his stunning knockout win over Mike Perry, “The Problem Child” was asked to comment about McGregor firing “Platinum” following the fight and the UFC superstar’s distasteful remarks.

Paul just laughed about “Notorious” wanting release a BKFC champion but he emphasized that no matter what McGregor says, it wouldn’t change the fact that the Irish MMA star has been scared of facing him.

“That’s f**ked up that he fired your BKFC champion,” Paul said of McGregor. “I told you that was going to happen. I told you exactly what was going to happen. He was big upping his boy Mike Perry, I said, ‘OK Conor, after I f**k up Mike Perry, then you’re next.’ So, Conor’s on Twitter all the time. He’s on his yacht all the time. Guess where he’s not? In the ring, fighting me.”

“So, he can talk all the f**k he wants, but The Notorious MMA is scared of Jake Joseph Paul from Disney channel. And I put that on my mama,” he continued.

Jake wants Alex

In his ring interview after the fight, Paul boldly called Pereira out and proposed that they book a showdown after he’s done with Mike Tyson.

“Alex Pereira, you say you want to box,” Paul said. “I’m the king of this. I’m the king of this. Come over. We can make it happen. I want you, Alex Pereira. … I just beat a BKFC champion. I’ve beat multiple UFC champions. He said he wants to box. So Alex Pereira, after Mike Tyson, let’s make it happen.”

Moments later, the reigning UFC light heavyweight champion was already talking to Paul via FaceTime. The pair have agreed to face each other in boxing but the YouTuber-turned-boxing star pointed out that Pereira should first ensure that UFC president Dana White would allow him to do it.

During his post-fight presser, “The Problem Child” was asked to discuss the potential showdown with “Poatan” once again.

“I want everybody, I love this sport and [Pereira] he’s tweeted about wanting to go into boxing. We got him on a Facetime right there in the ring and I said ‘Yo, can you get out of your contract?’ If he can get out of his contract then let’s run it so when I asked him that, he had a pause, he looked at his manager, you know these guys aren’t their own bosses.”

“I want all the smoke, but at the end of the day, will Dana let them out?,” he added. “That’s too big of a risk if I can embarrass his No. 1 praised fighter right now. But I want all the smoke, I want all the MMA guys, and I’ve beaten all of them. Who’s next? He’s the king right now of the UFC so I want him, I’m going to decapitate him and dethrone him.”

From the look of it, Pereira seems eager to fight Paul in boxing. However, it is very unlikely to happen without any conflict with the UFC. Until then, “The Problem Child” will focus on ensuring that he is ready for his fight with Tyson on November.

The KO win over Perry saw Paul improving his impressive pro boxing record to 10-1.
