Over the weekend of July 7-9, 2023, Austin, TX, played host to the highly anticipated 2023 Republic of Texas Pro show. This thrilling event showcased the incredible talents of athletes competing in the Men’s Physique, Bikini, and Wellness divisions. The stakes were high, as the winners of each division secured their spots at the prestigious 2023 Olympia Weekend, set to take place on November 2-5, 2023, in Orlando, FL.

The competition was fierce, but it was Jason Huynh who emerged victorious in the Men’s Physique division, showcasing his exceptional physique and stage presence. In the Bikini division, Lexus Redmond impressed the judges and audience alike with her stunning presentation and incredible poise. And in the Wellness division, Frida Paulsen Stern left a lasting impression with her grace, athleticism, and undeniable talent.

Jason Huynh emerged as the winner of the Men’s physique division, marking a strong start to his 2023 season. Jeremy Potvin finished as the runner-up. This victory is Huynh’s third pro win and secures his spot at the Olympia stage in 2023. Potvin will need to win a pro show to make a return to the Olympia after missing out in 2022.

Lexus Redmond proved herself as the standout in the Bikini division, surpassing the highly-regarded India Paulino in the competition.

Frida Paulsen Stern claimed the top spot in the Wellness division, leaving the judges in awe of her flawless performance. Renee Jewett showcased her exceptional abilities and secured a well-deserved second place.
