Cain Velasquez Crashed WWE Smackdown, Bashed Brock Lesnar!
It seems the former UFC 265-pound champ and ground and pound expert Cain Velasquez has a bright pro wrestling future. Cain made his WWE debut last night (Friday, October 4, 2019). He actually appeared during the SmackDown premiere on FOX, entered the squared ring, and punished the ex-UFC king Brock Lesnar with a barrage of strikes!
Previously, Lesnar scored a win over Kofi Kingston after only 10 seconds. Check Brock’s quick victory in the link below. Ouch, that throw had to hurt!

Cain Velasquez secured a takedown early on, countering Brock’s open palm strike attempt. Then he followed up with a combo of ground punches before Brock Lesnar set himself free and escaped the ring. Check Cain’s beatdown here.

Previously, Brock Lesnar and Cain Velasquez met at UFC 121, where Cain took him down and delivered a lot of blows, which cut Brock open. The referee stopped the fight and Velasquez scored a TKO victory after a brutal onslaught. The BJJ black belt also took Lesnar’s title and became the UFC Heavyweight champion.
There are two potential options for Cain Vs Brock WWE bout. The first is WWE’s huge money show in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on October 31, 2019. The second, WrestleMania on April 5, 2020, at Raymond James Stadium Tampa.
What are your thoughts on Cain’s staged beatdown?
