We just witnessed the first KO of Slap Fighting Championship this weekend.
The Event
The action would all go down at the inaugural event, hosted at the 2022 Arnold Strongman Classic in Columbus, Ohio. It is being co-promoted by 7x Mr. Olympia champion, Arnold Schwarzenegger and the YouTube star, and boxer Logan Paul. Both worked together with Poland-based Slap Fighting promotion PunchDown to promote today’s event.
The event consists of two competitors standing across each other hitting alternatively on the cheek. There were three rounds with one blow per competitor. Three judges were involved to oversee the fight and the winner was determined by knockout or judges verdict.
The second fight on the card would feature a bout between Maksymilian “Mad Max” Lesniak vs Nikolas “Predator” Toth. Things would get ugly early on. After winning the coin toss, Toth would slap Lesniak first. But, Lesniak took it like a champ, not fazed at all.
Lesniak Returns Fire
‘Mad Max’ would then return with some mad revenge. He’d get it done with one.
He’d deliver a super powerful slap to the cheek of Toth. Toth fells backwards immediately… he was out cold. He’d be caught by officials after the impact. They held him on the ground like Rocky Balboa did to Apollo Creed in Rocky IV.
Lesniak would let out a scream after his opponent fell. What a KO. See it for yourself below.
this is absurd. and happening right now #SlapFightingChampionship
