When I think about training jiu jitsu on a sandy beach while wearing my gold weave Atama (yeah, I still rock one of those), I can’t help but be concerned about sand getting in weird places and chafing. But, the guys in the video below are clearly the better men and those kinds of petty discomforts don’t bother them.
Check out this piece, dubbed “Surfjitsu,” created by the coaches and students of Shinobi Academy in Algarve, Portugal. All sand-in-your-spats issues aside, it’s pretty badass.
