Tyron Woodley Calls Colby Covington A ‘Ho’, If He Decides To Press Charges On Jorge Masvidal

Woodley had something to say about his old rival Colby Covington.

Tyron Woodley sounded off on Colby Covington following his latest altercation with Jorge Masvidal.

Of course, this scuffle wouldn’t come inside the Octagon or anywhere near it. Instead, Masvidal would jump Covington outside of a restaurant in Miami Beach on Monday. Many would look down on ‘Gamebred’ for engaging Covington on the street, weeks after losing to him at UFC 272... but not Woodley.

The former UFC Welterweight Champion has had his fair share of beef with Covington as well, so he understands where Masvidal is coming from. But there may be some big consequences for Masvidal, as he could potentially be charged with felony battery, if Covington presses charges.

‘Colby Covington’s A Ho’

Woodley wouldn’t be a fan of that.

“Colby Covington’s a ho if he’s trying to press charges on my dog,” Woodley said on Instagram live. “A fight’s a fight. You just fought him in a cage. If y’all still ain’t settled it by then, then shit might have to go again. It might be for free this time.”

‘T-Wood’ believes a rematch between Covington and Masvidal has to go down, since they didn’t resolve their rivalry at UFC 272. Octagon or no Octagon, Woodley says they should settle one way or the other.

But given the circumstances of their second fight at Miami Beach, it doesn’t look like the beef isn’t going to end anytime soon.

Woodley is also no stranger to having beef with Covington. The former teammates have distaste for each other since 2017. The welterweights were finally pitted against each other in 2020, where Covington TKO’ed ‘The Chosen One’ in round 5.
