Watch: The UFC really did try to promote UFC 223 with a fake Conor and Nate text exchange

UFC 223 gone wrong

The UFC really tried here. They really did. ‘A’ for the effort but man was this attempt at promoting UFC 223 super cringe-worthy. Look, the bar is low for the UFC in terms of being cool but they still stumbled over it.

There was a time wheen the UFC was an advertiser’s wet dream. The UFC had a good five to seven year run where they were hip to the sought after 18-35 year old demographic of viewers. It feels over the past few years the UFC brand has lost a little of its luster.

Have fans aged out of the UFC? Or has the UFC’s over saturation of events caused that 18-35 year old demo to move on to other things?

Here is the UFC trying to promote UFC 223 with a fake text exchange bit that @MMARoasted made famous like five years ago. Also, it says a lot that Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz come out looking the best in this attempt at viral marketing from the UFC.
