UFC’s deadly flying guillotine ends on Frank Trigg’s neck

If you find yourself in the lobby of UFC’s headquarters, make sure you don’t slip on that blood from earlier today. UFC’s guillotine managed to slice through Mark Coleman’s hopes and ambitions with the announcement that he has been released from the UFC. Tears were shed, blood was spilled and before anyone even realized, Phillipe Nover was cut from the UFC roster. Blood was shooting all over the friggin wall like some cheap attempt at a Quentin Tarantino movie and then the news was dropped that Tim Hague’s neck was chopped right off. By then, all the account execs at UFC were neck deep in some theoretical bloody river…but the carnage wasn’t over.

Frank Trigg is the latest to catch the sharp end of UFC’s deadly flying guillotine. Twinkle Toes’ comeback to the UFC was cut short with a flurry of hooks from Josh Koscheck and a accurately placed overhand right from Matt Serra. I guess when you ask the UFC to put you in the octagon with tomato cans, they don’t respond lightly to it. Before UFC 109, Frank Trigg said he didn’t see anyway Matt Serra could beat him. Hmph. Well look on the bright side Trigg, at least millions of people across the world will be able to control you with the flick of their thumb. [Source]
