Takashi Sato TKO’s Saunders In UFC Debut
Takashi Sato did well in his UFC debut tonight (Sat., April 27, 2019) from inside BB&T Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on prelims of UFC on ESPN+ 8 when he brutally finishes Ben Saunders in the second round via TKO.
Early in the fight Saunders was successful with his clinch knees even shook Sato with a short hook. Both welterweights went back and forth then in the second round Sato took over the fight. Takashi landed some clean jabs that dropped Ben then went in to kill him. Sato unleashed barrages of elbows bloodies Saunders. The referee stepped in and saved Ben from unnecessary damage.
