Mike Perry Defeats Alex Oliveira Via Unanimous Decision!
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is going live tonight (Saturday, April 27, 2019) with the UFC On ESPN+ 8 MMA event from inside BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida.
Welcome to the Welterweight clash between BJJ black belt Alex “Cowboy” Oliveira and incredibly tough Mike “Platinum” Perry.

Round 1
Oliveira tries to spin and connects few strikes at the beginning of the match. Fighters clinch, double under-hooks Perry, who stops a takedown. Knee Oliveira, fighters separate, great match, Perry clinches and looks for the Kimura, gets dumped. Oliveira looking for the back. Oliveira delivers a solid right hand.
Oliveira missed with a spinning kick but continues landing punches. Knee to the body elbow Perry. Step back and right hand for the Brazilian, one minute to go. Three great strikes, Perry looks hurt.
Nice counter right and a brutal knee Perry. Lead right Oliveira and spinning back fist. 10-9 Oliveira, great round.
Round 2
Low kick Perry, and a high kick miss. Oliveira looks to counter. Hard kick to the body Oliveira, Perry is on the fence, the Brazilian attacks.
Perry lands a left hook, Oliveira is down!
But Perry lets him back up, controlling the center of the cage. Perry slams him on the canvas but Oliveira gets up again and pushes Perry against the cage, great uppercut by Oliveira. Low kick Oliveira, who misses with a sidekick too.
Perry lands a straight right and takes the opponent down.
Perry attacks from the top, these are big strikes, he is in the top position. Oliveira could be in trouble. Perry delivers a knee to the body, and this is the end of the round. Oliveira was saved by the bell. 10-9 Perry.
Oliveira dislocated his toe, it is returned between the rounds.
Round 3
Oliveira opens with combinations, great combo. Perry with a leg kick. Hard left hand, Perry. Right hand Perry, and now a superman punch off the cage, excellent match. Oliveira delivers some right hands, but Perry counters well.
Left hook rocks Oliveira, superb counter by Mike Perry. Big punches by Perry, Oliveira tries to retreat and counter with elbows.
Oliveira waves Perry on and Perry tries to unload on the fence, low kick Oliveira, big 2-3 connects. Good leg kicks and Oliveira tries to spin and fails to the back. The round is over, 10-9 Perry.
