The Korean Zombie rises from the grave, rolls lightly with Ben Henderson

It’s good to see the Korean Zombie back on the mats – any mats. He’s just over a year into his mandatory 2-year military service for South Korea, and the MMA world is slightly not the same without him. It’s sad. There were times when we could expect the Korean Zombie to give us potential fight of the year candidates at least once every 4-6 months, but now we’re left without him. A zombie-less society is not one that an MMA fan should live in.

But it’s good to see that he’s still finding the time to train. And when possible, he’s training with the elite. Ahead of his UFC Fight Night win against Jorge Masvidal, Ben Henderson stopped by Mr. Zombie’s gym, for a nice little roll.
