Somewhere in New York, Chocolate Dana White exists

There was a Culinary Olympics in 2008 and if you weren’t a chocolatier like Håkan Mårtensson, you probably didn’t even know. You probably didn’t even know ‘chocolatier’ was a word until you just read it a few seconds ago. The world of the chocolatier is filled with high calories, bad cavities, finger-licking goodness and incredibly hard challenges. Apparently Håkan’s boss challenged him to make a bust of Dana White from pure white chocolate because apparently that’s the thing to do when you…have a strange little circle over every ‘a’ in your name.
