Sean Strickland is not a fan of Ali Abdelaziz.

Strickland trains in Las Vegas at Xtreme Couture and because of that, he says he sees manager Ali Abdelaziz in the gym because a lot of his clients train there as well. However, one day Strickland was sparring with Marvin Vettori with Abdelaziz watching closely.

Shortly after the sparring session, Strickland got offered a fight against unranked Abus Magomedov, who is managed by Abdelaziz.

Strickland blasts Abdelaziz

“Ali the f*****g c**t the manager, I’m probably going to rub some people the wrong way, but f**k him. I’m gonna see him and he’s gonna want to fight, like ‘did you hear what Sean said about me?’ I’m like ‘yeah, you are f*****g c**t. So this f**king c*nt, Ali, I don’t give a f**k,” Sean Strickland said on Joe Rogan’s podcast.

“He comes to the gym, he watches me spar with Marvin Vettori, right and we spar Marvin, I don’t give a f**k, Marvin’s a friend, I’m trying to help him,” Strickland continued. “And f*****g three weeks later you pull out this f*****g guy to fight me? And then you start betting Pereira that he’s going to beat me?” You f*****g rat. You watch me spar, and you pull this f*****g guy out of your hat. and you bet Alex he’d beat me. I don’t think managers should be in the gym.”

Sean Strickland certainly has a valid point as managers shouldn’t be allowed in gyms as they can see certain things they can tell their clients, which training sessions are supposed to be private. Unfortunately, Strickland doesn’t think anything will change and Abdelaziz will continue to go to the gym.

However, even though Ali Abdelaziz saw something in Sean Strickland, the American ended up scoring a second-round TKO win over Abus Magomedov last Saturday. With the win, Strickland has called for a title shot, but whether or not he gets it, is uncertain.
