Replay: Matt Riddle wipes out Pentagon Jr. with an ungodly brainbuster at PWG BOLA 2017

Matt Riddle BroPlex

Former MMA welterweight Matt Riddle ascent to the top of the world of indie wrestling has been astounding. In one of the biggest independent pro wrestling tournaments of the year, Riddle made his mark at Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) Battle of Los Angeles (BOLA).

Past BOLA winners include the likes of Adam Cole El Generico, Davey Richards, Low Ki, Ricochet, Zack Sabre, Jr and Kenny Omega.

At the 13th annual PWG BOLA 24 man two-night tournament, Riddle made it all the way to the semifinals over the weekend. In his quarterfinal tilt with Penta el Zero M AKA Pentagon Jr. AKA Pentagon Dark, Riddle hit some insane spots.

Harkening back to his MMA days, watch Matt Riddle plant Pentagon Jr. with just a plain nasty brainbuster suplex on the apron. Bro? You okay?
