Cro Cop has his revenge. This rematch between Gabriel Gonzaga and Mirko Cro Cop was booked almost eight years to the day from when Gonzaga initially took Cro Cop’s MMA soul at UFC 70, but today in Krakow, Poland, Cro Cop overcame the odds, age, possibly Jesus and a severe lack of offense to take out Gonzaga.

Let’s just get it out of the way: Cro Cop probably shouldn’t have been in the UFC cage. He looked really, really bad for the first ten minutes of this fight. Awful, even. He barely threw any type of offense for the first 3-5 minutes of the fight, then he caught Gonzaga, and started destroying him on the ground with elbows. Look at the blood splash on the camera:
