When I was in the 7th grade, my dad tried to teach me to play “Stairway to Heaven” on guitar for a music class project. I learned about 3/4 of it and then ran out of time, so I made a David Bowie collage instead. I still got and A, but, honestly, it was pretty whack.
So, we’ve established that I’m not particularly musically talented. And, while I like to think of myself as being pretty damn good at Jiu Jitsu, I would not bet on me to medal at Worlds this year (especially since I’m not competing).
