Fans are losing their minds over the UFC 300 bout order.
Billed to be one of the biggest fight cards of the decade, the upcoming UFC event will feature five fights on the pay-per-view portion, with three of those having titles on the line. There’s one fight in particular sticks out from the bunch: Bo Nickal vs. Cody Brundage.
‘I Like That It Makes People Mad’
The main card matchup between the unranked middleweights came as a surprise to many, given how many stars and former champions are littered on the prelims.
In back-to-back appearances in the UFC, Nickal has yet to see himself on the prelims, opening up the PPV main card each time. The standout wrestler claps back at his critics for suggesting he doesn’t deserve the spotlight this time around.
“Feels good to be on main card,” Nickal said on his YouTube channel, pointing his middle finger at the camera. “Just doing me baby. I don’t really care, to be honest. I can fight wherever. I like that it makes people mad. I think that’s so funny. Yeah, ‘You don’t deserve it all’. I’m like, ‘Okay, thank you’.
“I think that all these people, it’s like that one thing where I should go to their job and like they get a raise. I should be like, ‘Boo boo, you don’t deserve it. You don’t deserve it, you bum. You’ve only been working here two years. This guy Jim, over here’s, been working here three. You freaking scumbag, you deserve a pay cut, you idiot.'”
Why Nickal’s Getting The Main Card Treatment
After five first-round finishes, the undefeated Nickal believes his star power was enough to sway the UFC brass into giving him a premier spot on the card.
“At the end of the day, the decision was made because I probably sell more, like more people wanna see me. Why would they put me there, unless more people wanna see me,” Nickal continued. “Because at the end of the day, the most watched spot is the prelims and the main prelim. So if they wanted more people to see me, they would put me at the main prelim. But the reality is they wanna sell more pay-per-view, so they put me on the pay-per-view.
So it’s like, it doesn’t really affect me. I get paid the same. I would rather go to bed and have a good night’s sleep than be up mad late and potentially not get my In-N-Out Burger. So yeah, it’s all good though. I don’t really [care], it’s not a big deal. These people are all pressed about it. I’m like, dude, I literally could not care less.”

Don’t Forget About Brundage!
How is Bo Nickal’s opponent handling all of the negative hoopla? Cody Brundage is keeping it simple:
“Y’all mother f****** know I just work here, right?” Brundage wrote on ‘X’.
Y’all mother fuckers know I just work here, right? 😂 😂
