Former UFC star Roy Nelson makes his bare-knuckle MMA debut against Dillon Cleckler in the main event of Jorge Masvidal’s ‘Gamebred Bare-Knuckle’. The headliner is happening at the FLA Live Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Round 1:
Cleckler lands a keg kick. Nelson rushes in for a takedown but is denied by Cleckler. Nelson swings wildly but misses on his entries. Cleckler clips Nelson with strikes. Nelson closes the distance with Cleckler who counters and unloads massive punches on ‘Big Country’. Nelson lands an uppercut. Cleckler returns with a stinging jab. Cleckler puts together effective combos but the that tide changes as Nelson fires off a stunning right hand that sends Cleckler down to his knees. Nelson lands two more shots to put him away.
