Growing up in Long Island is a lot like what you saw on this season of MTV’s Jersey Shore. Instead of Seaside Heights, all the ‘guidos’ run to Jones Beach, and instead of the boardwalk, they walk aimlessly around Roosevelt Field mall flexing their muscles and ground & pounding dudes who use their girlfriend’s as human shields in the parking lot.
Check out Matt Serra’s UFC 109 video blog as he navigates Long Island to get a haircut, makes fun of Ray Longo’s fanny pack, teaches some jiu-jitsu, and gives Frank Trigg friendly advice on how to hide his ‘Tramp Stamp’ during their fight.
Don’t worry Triggster, Matt Serra says that the nail polish is cool (and Chuck Liddell seconds it). Besides, there’s really no way you can lose this fight.
