Matt Brown will always be one of my favorite fighters. He just wants to bang, bros. If you ask him questions about what he thinks his opponent will do in a fight he will stare at you in a way that will make you think he is going to punch your head off of your neck and then retort matter of factly, “I don’t worry about what he is going to do, he needs to worry about what I’m going to do because I’m going to smash his face in.” Matt Brown tells no lies. He did exactly that tonight to Mike Swick at UFC on FOX. The two spent most of the first round of the fight attempting chokes. At one point Brown had a fairly tight triangle on Swick, but Swick was able to escape. Brown decided he had enough and was ready to put Mike Swick to bed in the second round when he sang Mike Swick a two punch combo lullaby with his fists and knocked him out cold.
