My friend best described the tunes in the new UFC PPV intro as ‘music to cast an enchant weapon spell to.’ Have fun trying to understand that. This is coming from the same guy that told me construction cranes are giraffes from the future. Esoteric statements like that are meant to intentionally redefine one’s reality. They serve no other purpose other than to soccer kick the section in your cerebellum responsible for comprehension. In a sense, the new UFC intro has the same cognitive effect. We know that when a person taps out, buildings don’t crumble in an effigy of awesome — but for the sake of continuity, we accept it as a part of our reality.
