Khabib Fires Back At Conor Mcgregor Over Recent Trash Talk
It’s clearly shown over the past few days that there is no love lost between formal rivals Conor Mcgregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov. The issue becomes nerve-wracking when Mcgregor took his trash talking to another level bringing up Khabib’s wife and religion in their twitter beef. While Russian had enough of this drama and he called ‘Conor’ a rapist, who’s facing sexual assault allegations in Ireland.
Khabib addressed this whole fiasco in a recent interview with RT Sports and at one point Russian called Mcgregor a ‘low life.’
“He wants to always be in the headlines. If you’ve noticed, after each UFC event, [he] makes comments. He praises those who win, or insults the others. This is his way of self-promotion, that’s how he makes headlines all the time. He knows what he’s doing.
And I have no problem with that, he can say whatever he wants. But inside the cage he didn’t say anything. When I was hitting him in the face with my elbows and knees, he did not say anything. When I said ‘Let’s talk,’ he didn’t respond. And now, when he is thousands of kilometers away, he is saying things.
That just shows what kind of lowlife he really is. When he was on the floor he didn’t speak to me, and that is what really matters.”

Mcgregor and Khabib last fought in the main headliner of UFC 229 back in October where Irishman suffered a fourth-round submission loss to Nurmagomedov. Since then the talk of a rematch is making rounds on and off. Even UFC president Dana White said in the past this fight should happen in 2019 and most recently he said this is one his dream fights.
