Junior Dos Santos just cocked back his right fist, gathered the power of Brazil like the Green Lantern powering up his ring (notice how Brazilian colors are green and yellow) and obliterated the dome of Cain Velasquez in the opening minutes of the first round of the first fight ever on Fox, and in the process turning the MMA Math world upside down.
After the match tears flowed, Brazilians celebrated and all we can definitively say is that Roy Nelson has one hell of a chin and Gilbert Yvel lasted longer with JDS than Cain. In fact with MMA Math, we can discern that in another dimension Andrei Arvloski (the only man to KO Big Country) is paired against Werdum in the Strikeforce HWGP. The Pitbull KO’s Werdum who was KO’d by JDS (MMA Math avenging his Fedor loss) and moves on in the tournament. Then a Gilbert Yvel/ Stefan Struvre fight has to be booked or something. But at the end of the day that entire nonsensical hypothetical scenario can be thrown out the window because it doesn’t even matter. No matter what, Junior Dos Santos would still be your UFC heavyweight champion and one of the greatest heavyweights on the face of the earth today, feared by all mortal men the world over for God knows how long.
