Jorge Masvidal Accuses Conor McGregor of PED Use Ahead of UFC 303 Return: ‘He’s Out of His Mind’

'Gamebred' levied some pretty heavy accusations against the Irish megastar during an appearance on the TimboSugarShow podcast

Jorge Masvidal believes Conor McGregor intentionally waited until USADA was on the outs to jump back into the testing pool.

After nearly three years on the shelf, the Irish megastar will make his long-awaited return to the Octagon on Saturday, June 29 for a scrap with former Bellator MMA champion ‘Iron’ Michael Chandler at UFC 303.

Masvidal, who will be making his squared circle debut one week after McGregor’s triumphant return, had plenty to say about the Irishman while speaking with the UFC’s reigning bantamweight champion.

“They both look for ways to quit, so who’s going to quit first, right?” Masvidal told Sean O’Malley and Tim Welch on the TimboSugarShow podcast while discussing McGregor vs. Chandler.

“How much juice is Conor on, too? That’s another question because that motherf*cker had to wait till USADA left to come back and compete with all of us. While all of us have been training and getting tested, this motherf*cker was clearly on some sh*t as we can see by his f*cking movie.”

Jorge Masvidal is Leaning Toward Conor McGregor to Defeat Michael Chandler at UFC 302

It’s no secret that Masvidal is not a fan of those who utilize PED’s and TRT. Just ask Chael Sonnen.

Despite his disdain for the former two-division champion, ‘Gamebred’ is still leaning toward McGregor to come out on top in his highly anticipated return, though he’s admittedly not too confident considering some of the crazy sh*t ‘Mystic Mac’ posts online.

“I think I lean towards Conor, but it’s not really set in stone,” Masvidal said. “Half of them tweets, he’s out of his mind. You know, cocaine’s a hell of a drug because he be writing some sh*t that makes no damn sense.”

When it comes to his detractors, McGregor certainly did himself no favors over the weekend. Six weeks away from the fight, he was spotted partying and dancing the night away at a Dublin nightclub. Surprisingly, McGregor is still an ever-so-slight favorite with the sportsbooks, but many believe the writing is already on the wall.
