Jon Jones might be down, but he’s not out.

The former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion has been in a rough patch lately. Several months after his arrest in Las Vegas, he reveals his fiancé Jessie Moses has left him for good. On top of this, a video of him head-butting a police car would surface online. Talk about a rough week.

Jones wasn’t exactly proud of that arrest footage getting out to the public.

“lol I was hoping that video got lost in some files somewhere 😩” Jones wrote on Twitter.

A fan would ask ‘Bones’ about his wellbeing. Well, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows for the former champion. With everything on his plate, Jones is just trying his best to take life ‘one day at a time’.

“I can deal with embarrassment,” Jones replied. “It’s the loneliness that gets me. Taking things one day at a time.”

While Jones may not be at 100% mentally, he believes this will pass. The UFC legend still has his intentions on capturing a second world title, being the heavyweight strap.

Jones would reply to a user on Twitter, implying he had lost.

“No way my guy,” Jones said. “The story is far from over. I’m wise enough to know that we all go through seasons in life. I’ve had many great ones and several bad ones. I’m excited for the next one, about to be heavyweight champion of the world, capable of so many things, loved.”
