Maybe it’s the lack of nutrients I’m experiencing at this moment after what can only be described as dangerous over-training, but I’m feeling a little edgy. Thank god it’s Friday and we have tons of amazing BJJ/grappling stuff to check out and enjoy (and maybe share a little with you, grappler).

This is some seriously slick gentle art stuff. It’s sharply contrasted from the clumsy heavy handed deep half guard one of my teammates attempted on me this morning.
