See, this is why I endure the horrendous four hour delay when Bellator airs every Thursday on Fox Sports Net. It’s like the organization is filled with just enough obscure strikes and phenomenal submissions to keep you forever in the ‘rewind DVR’ position. Last year, Bellator placed Toby Imada on the map with that mind-blowing inverted triangle of Jorge Masvidal at Bellator V. Now the MMA world will remember Ryan Thomas not for that idiotic referee stoppage against Ben Askren last week, but that crazy 360 drop punch he landed on Jacob McClintock last night at Bellator XV. Thanks to that volcano exploding on Iceland, Jim Wallhead had to drop out his bout with Jacob and was replaced with Ryan Thomas just days before the event. With his brutal TKO of McClintock, Thomas will now have a rematch with Ben Askren on May 20th in Dallas, TX at Bellator XIX. Props to Gordo1581 for the gif.
