GSP says it’s time for Nick Diaz to ‘walk the walk’

GSP is very excited about figthing Nick Diaz. Now, he probably didn’t punch his best homeboy in the liver and light up a blunt to celebrate the announcement like the entire city of Stockton did, but he did tell the Canadian Press all about his excitement in a recent interview.

“I know Diaz, the way he is, he’s the kind of guy I’m happy to fight. I like fighting guys who are not easy like this, that have a kind of warrior spirit.”

“I don’t know him as a person but he’s a very exciting guy to watch. I’m happy to fight him. He’s going to bring the best out of me, because he’s always putting on a good fight, going forward. It’s going to be a good fight for me.”

“I’m excited, because it’s been a long time he’s been talking about me, saying like he’s the best, he was saying I was avoiding him and stuff. But I never avoid anybody. Now it’s time to walk the walk. It’s going to be a good fight.”

That last part was a little bit of Stockton gangster coming out of GSP, I think. Although he has to be sure to clarify what exactly he means when he says ‘walk the walk’ to Diaz. Nick might read that and go all westside and break out some Crip Walk footwork on him this October. [source]
