The idea of a three fight tournament over two days is pretty cool, and it’s also pretty cool that King Mo has taken part in so many tournaments lately. It’s a good way to get your total fights up on your Wikipedia page without having to go through multiple training camps or weight cuts.
After this performance, it looks like King Mo is the favorite to win the inaugural Rizin light heavyweight tournament. He fights a guy named Teodoras Aukstuolis in the next round on December 31st, and if he beats him, he’ll fight some other guys we’ve never heard of before Fedor makes his glorious return to the Japanese ring.
